My life wouldn't be complete without these people. Here are just some of them that mean a lot to me..
 

+ Anucia / Anu b. 1982. - That would be me. She's the procrastinating, 'don't-mess-with-me' type. Shy but sometimes an extrovert, versatile, and spontaneous. She's playful, high-spirited, and practical. Responsible and disciplined, she's always got her priorities right. She constantly seeks new and exciting experiences. At her best behaviour, she's great to be with, out-going, and witty. A true friend. Attracts guys without realising it.

The sky's the limit for what the future holds for her. She’s the eldest and the most responsible among her brother and sisters. She's big sister to Shasha, Philip, and the adorable Patricia. She has a soft spot for Pat which she will never admit.

+ Noel b. 1979. – The webmaster. He's the one she turns to whenever problems related to computers occur. He's like her 'computer for dummies' handbook. Sometimes, she even dumps her assignments on him. They adore each other and share a lot in common, one thing particularly, their love for dogs. He's also her best friend, the one she shares almost everything with, the one she cries to, and her designated driver.

+ Reshmonu – I dont know him personally. Just a celebrity I cant get my mind off. I think he's sooooooooo cuuuute!! Met him in person at the Hitz.FM 7th Bday bash and even got his autograph! Also had a few stalking attempts in various places after that. Too bad he's married now. Oh well.. his loss!

+ Mai Yin b. 1982. – Probably her closest friend, roommate, and course mate. Mai Yin occupies the right side of the bed and poses a serious threat to all food in the apartment. A part-time Friendster addict and the typical Malaysian girl-next-door, she's the crazy one that's up for anything. A real party animal, there's probably nothing she hasn't tried or done or seen or eaten. She has influenced Anu heavily and turned her into a wackier and wilder person. She's Anu's partner in crime. She's old friends with Maya and Sin Yee too.

Its 3 am, she has an exam the next day, and you wanna play pool, who do u call? That's Mai Yin. There for you anytime, anywhere. In sickness, in health, in hunger. Now, armed with a digicam, she's out to zap the world into pictures!

+ Josephine / Jo b. 1982. – Her other best friend. She's smart, sweet, and one of a kind. She's joPSYCHOphine! Sleeping on the left side of the bed, Jo is the down-to-earth friend and roommate. A lousy Indian when it comes to spicy food though. They don't really cross paths as much in the Uni since she's majoring in something else. Always willing to help drive Anu around and even lets her have the car to herself all alone. Oh dear. But that's what you call TRUST!

+ Maya b. 1982. – Maya is the evil twin whenever they're out clubbing. Always on the lookout for someone interesting to stalk. Something she does quite precisely even without her glasses. Although they're pretty new friends, they've grown to adore each other. They seem to be 'connected' on another level. More than sisters? Maybe. They could talk for hours on the phone if left alone and unsupervised. Her coffee coloured skin and radiant smile gives her killer abilities to attract guys. However, it hasn't been put to good use cos she's also the shy type who would rather be approached, then to approach.

+ Sin Yee b. 1982. – Mad clubbing partner studying far-far away. Approach with caution.

 

+ Taren b. 1982. – She's the housemate that gets the room all to herself because Anu would rather sleep squeezed between her friends every night. Anu has grown to adore Taren over these few years. She is an excellent cook and puts the kitchen to good use. She's always kind enough to cook for the others too. She's also kind enough to allow the girls to use and abuse the Internet and her PC. She's mostly back home with her family whenever she gets the chance to travel.

+ Elaine b. 1982. – She's the housemate in the room next door with Li Yen. Great to be with and sometimes goes together with Anu to church. Anu appreciates Elaine's neatness with her space and admires her discipline in her everyday life. Elaine brings order to a disorganised apartment.

+ Paran b. 1982. – He's the guy every girl adores and wishes they had as a younger brother. The one with the cool handshake. Juggling his studies and a part-time job at Starbucks, he's not really a party animal and would probably prefer a quiet night out. Occasionally bringing over leftovers from his cafe, he has been feeding the girls well and exciting them with free food. He's into some heavy music although he doesn't really seem like it. Bottom line - He's a really nice guy that Anu absolutely adores and treasures. She would give an arm and a leg for a friend like Paran.

+ Vicky b. 1982. – Always seen together with Paran. Somewhat a party animal, he may be the only one who could come close to Mai Yin's craziness. Takes good care and has a sense of responsibility when he's out partying with the girls. A really fun person to be with, especially when he's not very sober. His bald head never fails to amaze the girls.

+ Prema & Dheeba – They're the cousins she really admires. She rarely misses the chance to meet up when they're down for the holidays. Although they're on the same wavelength, God knows what they talk about when they're together.

+ The Fan Club – The really 'karat' bunch of brown-haired Indians who work at the barber nearby. Besides being good with the scissors, they also seem to be skilled at spotting her from great distances. They've got the looks and talents that would get them into any cheap, locally produced Indian herbal product ad.

+ Jo b. 2000 - A cross between a Dalmatian and a Labrador, he's very much a puppy that was too much of love to handle. Not for Anu, though, who loved him despite being such a twit at times. Intelligent, lively, active, and alert, he had the cutest ears and the shiniest semi-spotted coat. Given by Shasha's friend, Anu loved Jo more than anything else. The countless walks and drives and secret feedings bonded them closely. Sadly, Jo was given away one afternoon when she was asleep. Anu still misses him till today and wonders what he looks like.
